Even the best way optimized genes sometimes do not express for objective
biological reasons. When expression is not successful, i.e. there is no
detectable product after induction or the yield is less than 1 mg / L, you receive

* Before initiating the project we offer analysis of the sequence regarding potential problems (for example, hydrophobic, unsoluble or some transmembrane proteins are difficult to express). When detected problems make a successful expression unlikely we recommend to terminate the project. You are charged only EUR 40.00 for the sequence analysis report. We reserve the right to reject unsuitable proteins. This offer is valid only for genes optimized by Entelechon.
