Building on top of an advanced and proprietary bioinformatics software library, Entelechon provides customized bioinformatics solutions.
These range from simple data conversion and data mining solutions (such as the assembly of a codon usage from a set of ESTs or the clustering of DNA sequences acquired in the field) to the development of complex software applications.
Our software development is based on Java. We routinely develop three-tier client/server applications, including sophisticated web applications and JEE applications. If desired, we can provide state-of-the art web-based or standalone GUIs (based on Swing or SWT). We put a strong emphasis on standards compliance, documentation and quality of code.
