Microarray and oligo design
Based on a robust and flexible bioinformatics pipeline, we can design oligonucleotide probes for microarrays or quantitative PCR.
This includes full analysis of the target transcripts and their host genome, as well as an in-depth evaluation and optimization of biophysical properties such as melting temperature, low dimerization or cross hybridization.
The design will be customized towards your specific requirements. We can use virtually any data source for the target sequences and reference genome, and we can easily apply specialized design criteria.
For qPCR, Entelechon will design probes as well as matching PCR primers, and – if desired – suitable DNA controls.
