Gene library design

We offer codon-precision randomized libraries, where a precisely defined set of codons is incorporated at a specific position. This avoids undesired variants and stop codons of conventional random libraries.

Quality parameters

Our expertise entails the design of randomized gene libraries as well as the synthesis with high fidelity. The resulting libraries have a mismatch incorporation rate typically below 0.1%.

The distribution of randomized nucleotides matches the desired distribution very closely, usually with a deviation below 10%.
