Entelechon maintains a sophisticated DNA sequencing and analysis unit. Our subsidiary PolyQuant GmbH offers advanced multiplex protein quantification. Both technologies can be used for an effective and cost-efficient quality control.
DNA quality control
We can provide advanced DNA analysis services, including primer walking for the sequencing of very long DNA fragments, multiplex PCR, fragment length analysis, identification and quantification of genetic markers.
We do of course also provide bulk sequencing of samples in any form, based on PCR or plasmid templates. We are happy to provide significant volume discounts for large projects.

Protein quantification
PolyQuant’s proprietary QconCAT technology allows for the absolute multiplex quantification of dozens of proteins in a single analysis. This lends QconCAT well for the quality control of bioproduction processes, such as the production of a recombinant biodrug.
Moreover, QconCAT allows for rapid assay development, with a typical turn around time of 12 weeks from scratch.
