We can do it for you. Free up valuable resources by letting us do the cloning. Starting at EUR 449.00, we will subclone a piece of DNA provided by you into a vector of your choice.
This service comes with complete sequencing of the resulting construct and full documentation.
Not sure what vector to use? No problem – we will be happy to assist in vector selection and to help you design a suitable cloning strategy.
In order to start, please send us the desired target fragment and information concerning the target vector. If possible, please include the selection marker, size of the vector, vector map, and whether it is a high or low copy number vector. If the fragment is not complete or not readily available, we can synthesize the missing parts de novo. Once we have the required information, we will design a cloning strategy and provide you with a detailed price quote.
