Vector design
As part of our core expertise in molecular biology and bioinformatics, we specialize in the design and synthesis of vectors. A vector design project starts with an in-depth analysis of the customer’s requirements and goals.
Based on this analysis, an initial design is proposed, usually with the help of datamining and computational analysis to identify suitable vector elements such as replication origins, promoters or selection markers.
The vector backbone and vector elements are then optimized for performance, size, and synthesis efficiency. Then the vector is synthesized based on Entelechon’s perfectGene synthesis technology.
The customer receives a detailed report, including an in-depth analysis of the vector’s performance.
