Protein expression
Entelechon provides a range of protein expression services. This entails a full service, starting from a gene construct or even just an in silico sequence, but also the debugging and optimization of already established client expression setups.

Gene optimization
Based on Entelechon’s gene synthesis platform and the proprietary gene optimization software Leto, we can design a gene sequence that is specifically optimized for the target expression host. This includes codon usage optimization, but also many other features that have an impact on the expression yield, such as mRNA secondary structure, polyadenylation sites, avoidance of cryptic splice sites, etc.
Optimized genes can increase the expression yield drastically, sometimes about a factor of three or four decades.
Expression debugging
In the indusry, many expression projects stall at some point due to unforeseen problems. This creates significant additional costs in the downstream processes. We can interface with you on an ongoing or established expression project and remove bottlenecks or trace problems.
